Richard Iglinski, CPA, CMA – Chief Financial Officer
As FBCL’s Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Richard Iglinski is responsible for the Corporation’s financial functions, including full international bridge accounting, audit, treasury, corporate finance and investor relations. Mr. Iglinski started with the legacy FBCL organization in 2012, holding a variety of roles, being appointed as CFO in 2019. His career spans more than 20 years of varied experience in financial management, business leadership and corporate strategy.
Mr. Iglinski has always enjoyed success in leading finance departments at multiple organizations. Mr. Iglinski’s success stems from his ability to oversee multiple projects and earn the trust and respect of employees and colleagues, alike. His track record of honesty, leadership, knowledge, and big picture vision assisted him in prior work experiences, such as consolidating back office procedures of four individual manufacturing plant environments into one consolidated plant, ensuring appropriate results in bringing a private company public, and making the tough recommendations to help organizational viability. This big picture thinking enabled FBCL to complete a transition to International Financial Reporting Standards, complete 11 separate accounting and tax year-ends within a matter of months when FBCL was amalgamated in 2015, and most recently helped FBCL through the devastating revenue effects incurred due to COVID-19.
Mr. Iglinski holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree from Queen’s University (1999), and is a Chartered Professional Accountant, having initially achieved his Certified Management Accounting designation (2004).
